When a stock pallet doesn’t fit your product, your racking, or your customer’s shipping standard, we build new ones that do. Every Pallet Nation custom pallet starts with quality, sustainably harvested lumber and is engineered around the real load it has to carry — weight, dimensions, stack height, racking type, and how it’s handled on your dock.

We build both stringer and block designs in 2-way or 4-way entry, from the standard 48×40 GMA footprint to oversized, heavy-duty units. Boards are precision-cut and fastened on automated nailing systems with reinforced construction where the load demands it — so the pallet is never the weak link in your shipment.

We start with quality, sustainably harvested SPF, Southern Yellow Pine, or hardwood — graded for your load and moisture spec.

Every board is cut to size on industrial saws for consistent strength, clean edges, and exact dimensions.

Built on high-powered automated nailing systems with reinforced construction to your deck style, entry, and load rating.

Quality Control

Each unit is inspected for structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, fastener hold, and overall load readiness.

Heat-Treat & Stamp

For export, pallets are kiln heat-treated to ISPM-15, moisture-verified, stamped, and documented.

Finished pallets are stacked, banded, and delivered on your timeline — ready for immediate use.

Four choices that define your pallet

New to ordering custom? These are the four decisions that drive cost, handling, and durability. Not sure? We’ll walk you through it.

Entry — 2-Way or 4-Way

How the forks get in. Two-way enters from opposite sides; four-way enters from all sides for faster handling and tighter spaces.

Construction — Stringer or Block

Three stringers for economical freight, or nine blocks for true 4-way entry, automation, and pooling stability.

Deck Configuration

Single or double-face, flush or wing, board count and spacing — all tuned to your product and how it’s loaded.

Load Rating

Light, standard, or heavy-duty — engineered to your static (stacked), dynamic (in transit), and racking weights.

Any custom order can be made export-ready. Pallets are processed through certified heat-treatment kilns, moisture-checked, then stamped and documented to meet ISPM-15 — the international standard for wood packaging. That means no surprises at customs and no rejected freight.
