Pallet Repair & Refurbishing

Extend pallet life, cut your cost per turn, and keep graded stock flowing — including on-site repair.

Repairing and sorting pallets in the shop
Overview

Rebuild it, don’t replace it

A damaged pallet isn’t scrap — it’s a pallet one repair away from another full life. Our repair and refurbishing program helps you cut cost per turn, reduce waste, and keep your supply chain moving without interruption.

We inspect every pallet for damage, structural weakness, and safety issues, then rebuild or reinforce it with high-grade lumber to industrial repair standards — replacing broken deck boards, reinforcing stringers, fixing notched sections, and restoring units to like-new condition. Every refurbished pallet is then graded so you get a consistent, predictable pool.

  • Inspected, graded, and rebuilt to industry standards
  • On-site repair available at your facility
  • Flexible pick-up, delivery, hauling & clean-up
How It Works

From damaged to dock-ready

A disciplined repair process means every refurbished pallet performs as reliably as a brand-new unit.

01

Inspect

Every pallet is checked for damage, structural weakness, and safety issues before anything else.

02

Sort & Grade

Units are sorted and graded to a consistent standard, so your pool stays predictable.

03

Repair & Rebuild

Broken deck boards, split stringers, and notched sections are replaced with high-grade lumber.

04

Reinforce & Fasten

Rebuilt to industry standards with precise measurements and strong fastening patterns.

05

Safety & QC Check

A final safety-compliance and quality check confirms it performs like a new unit.

06

Return to Service

Picked up and delivered on your schedule — or repaired on-site at your facility.

Know Your Grades

What the grades actually mean

Refurbished pallets are sold by grade. Here’s how to pick the right one for the job — and where the rest go.

Grade A — Premium

Original stringers intact, a full set of boards, minimal wear. The closest you’ll get to new at a recycled price.

Grade B — Standard

Sound and serviceable, may carry companion stringers or replacement boards. Strong value for general freight.

Economy / #2

Heavier repair for non-critical, in-house, or one-way loads where lowest cost per pallet matters most.

Beyond Repair → Recycled

Units too far gone are dismantled for usable lumber and ground for mulch — nothing goes to the landfill.
